Snowbound Software’s FlexSnap™ family of Web viewers delivers flexible and powerful viewing capabilities that require minimal if any engineering resources. They provide users across your organization, as well as your customers, with fast, secure, and customized access to documents and images through a standard Web browser. FlexSnap eliminates the need to open multiple programs and applications with the ability to automatically detect and read document and image formats, including: ABIC, PDF, PCL, Group 4, MO:DCA, JPEG, TIFF and many more.
Our FlexSnap family of viewers and applets will satisfy all of your Web viewing requirements:
FlexSnap®: Applet—Java-based configurable web viewer available in a standard edition (FlexSnap: Applet SE) and an extended edition (FlexSnap: Applet XE).
FlexSnap®: HTML—Pure HTML web viewer with Java servlet
FlexSnap®: SI—Java-based Web imaging applet with server integration
FlexSnap®: SI for Webtop—Java-based Web imaging applet with server integration configured to integrate specifically with Documentum® Webtop™.
This manual applies to the FlexSnap family of Web viewers including: FlexSnap: Applet, FlexSnap: HTML, FlexSnap: SI, and FlexSnap: SI for Webtop. Please note that not all products contain all features. The FlexSnap: Applet and FlexSnap: HTML do not contain every feature that is available in FlexSnap: SI. We attempt to document situations where differences exist. However, if you have any questions, please check with us.
This version of FlexSnap was developed for programmers and developers using the Java platform. This manual assumes that you have a fundamental understanding of Java technology and are familiar with Windows.
